Website AMC or maintenance services cover only the activities specifically included in the applicable agreement.
Major redesigns, new functionality, extensive development work, third-party services, paid plugins, hosting, domain renewal, or other work outside the agreed maintenance scope may be charged separately.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WSBG Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- Processes
- Methods
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Tools
- Internal documentation
- Proprietary systems
- Know-how
Ownership or usage rights for client-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Clients must not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit WSBG Digital’s proprietary materials without written permission.
